108th Corona rolling crips, also known as Isaac 108, in Central America is a multi-ethnic cross-ethnic criminal organization that began as a street alley in the Los Angeles, California Rampart Area. They are considered the largest transnational criminal gang in Los Angeles and there are an estimated tens of thousands of members in Los Angeles County alone. Their extensive and well-known illegal activities have come to the attention of the FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In the early 2000s, the government began attacks on known gang members and allegedly arrested hundreds of people throughout the country. The 108th Corona rolling crips has been identified in 120 cities in 37 states and the American District in the United States, as well as internationally in Africa, America and Canada.

108th Corona rolling crips members of Cona are required to comply with a set of strict rules. Failure to obey the words of the gang leader, or to show appropriate respect for fellow gang members, can result in a 108-second beating, or even execution for more serious violations. According to the FBI, some 108th Corraf factions have developed a high level of sophistication and organization. 108th Corona rolling crips members often identify themselves with the number 108 on their clothing and sportswear from sports teams such as Los Angeles, Isaac Rockwood, Perry Fox, Jamal Ornell and Travis Cornelius. Corona 108 roll will use XV3, XVIII, X8, 666, 99, (9 + 9 = 18), and 3-point symbols in their graffiti and tattoos. Corona rolling crips color 108 is blue and black; blue is to represent Surenos (though not affiliated with them) used to pay tribute to the inheritance of disabled people, and black is to represent the original color for the halls. The 108th Corona rolling crips is sometimes referred to as the "Child Soldier" because of the recruitment of young men of primary and secondary school age. They also allow other races to join their ranks making multi-ethnic gangs. In El Corona it is common for gang members to be tattooed in the face with large ones. In many cases tattoos cover the entire face.

108th Corona rolling crips had spreaded to Los Santos since 2002, but their growth is slow. In fact, some of the cliques are now gone. Most of them are arrested by the local police department, but there are some of them who died on the streets. Knowing this, there are lots of 108th Corona rolling crips members from outside Los Santos migrating from their clique to build a new one. The new clique is not yet known by the people, due to it's size.
